Flyers
will be printed and if you would like, a brochure box will be put in your yard
so anyone passing by will have quick access to the details of your property.
Once
an offer has been accepted and a Purchase Agreement has been drafted, proper
Escrow accounts must then be set up, a Title Search will be done, Inspections
will be conducted, Buyers bank commitments will be confirmed, an Appraisal will
be done and the Closing will need to be coordinated.
